1. About the platform

Nayay4Sure is a technology platform that connects users with independent advocates enrolled with a State Bar Council. Nayay4Sure is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice itself, and is not affiliated with any government, court or Bar Council.

2. Advocates

Advocates are independent professionals responsible for their own advice and conduct under the Advocates Act, 1961 and Bar Council of India Rules. A "verified" label only means an administrator reviewed the enrolment details submitted.

3. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Do not use the platform to harass, defame or to obstruct any lawful process.
• Do not upload content you are not entitled to share.

4. No guarantee of outcome

No advocate or the platform can guarantee bail, acquittal, dismissal or any particular result.

5. Suspension

Accounts may be suspended for misuse, fake profiles or violation of these terms.
